Push/Pull

ACTUAL WORKOUT ON: 20100508

Push-up/Pull-up pyramid..sets of 10 push-ups between a pyramid of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and then back down again on the pull-ups..

Then was going to do 5x5 one grip, 5x5 other grip on negative pull-ups, got through 3 sets an then I got the call that I was needed..

Finished up with 4x20 of #35 DB CFT lift style..those suck!

All around...17:46..
