Warm Up: Row 500 Meters in 1:49..not too great
For Time:
70 Burpees
60 Sit-ups
50 KB Swings 1.5 pood, I used #50 DB
40 Pull-Ups
30 HSPU Did 8 strict head to floor..after that shoulders shot..switched between holding self up on the way and dipping a little bit..
RX'd - 22:10
As usual..the workout showed me just how out of shape I really am!
