2 Pullup
10 Push-Ups
3 Pullup
10 Push-ups
4 Pullup
10 Push-ups
5 Pullup 10 Pushups
and then back down..4..3..2..1..etc
Did 5x5 of pull-ups (Negatives) and inbetween sets a set of 10 push-ups
Log Press - 3x20 - #50, #40, #40
Shrugs - 1 min strait of #135 - 58
Shldr press BB - 20 strait
