For time:
25 Walking lunge steps
20 Pull-ups
50 Box jumps, 20 inch box
20 Double-unders
25 Ring dips (75 reg dips)
20 Knees to elbows
30 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood (#55lb kb)
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans, 35 pound dumbells
25 Back extensions (#90 bk ext mach)
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
3 Rope climb ascents - SUB(15 towel pull-ups, as per CF sub inst)

Rx'd - 20:15

Tough workout overall..pushed it to a new limit tonight..on those wall balls wanted to stop at 15 and pushed it to 30...ohh yeah!

Had to drag that kettlebell in the gym...so as soon as I pull in the parking lot..lookin for the closest spot right??..pull in..immediately like..nah..flip it in reverse an park in the farthest spot! lol
