Then did..
5 Pull ups, 10 Push Ups, 20 Crunches..wider grip
10 Pull ups, 10 push ups, 20 crunches..close grip
Rx'd - 3 rounds of each..one then the other..
Then did
5 reps of 5 sec negatives, close grip
