ACTUAL WORKOUT ON: 20110221 MONDAY

100% balls to the wall, 5 Rounds for time:
21 Bench Press @ 135, cut to 11
15 Pull Ups, cut to 10
9 Clapping Push Ups, cut to 5
400 M Run

Rx'd - 27:07..that workout was a beast..would love to go back and do it again here in the next month or so
