ACTUAL WORKOUT ON: 20110213 MONDAY, 0600
AMRAP in 3 minutes of:
3x power clean at 155, knocked it down to 135
6x Push Ups
9x Air Squats/ Rings Dips, subbed 15 dips
Perform air squats on rounds 1,3,5
Perform Ring Dips on rounds 2,4,6 - we only did 5 rounds
Basically its 6 rounds(5 in our case), resting 1 minute between the 3 min rounds
Round 1 - 3
Round 2 - 3
Round 3 - 4
Round 4 - Almost 3
Round 5 - 4 + 6 push ups + 6 squats
Great WOD, had 2-3 ppl sharing the powerclean bar
