Use 25, 45, or 65 pound dumbbells. Use one of the C&J dumbbells as the load for the weighted pull-ups. Placing the dumbbell between legs crossed at the ankles works very well.

Was using the hard steel dumbbells and I was on a low pull-up bar so I had to cross my legs and hold the dumbbell that way..not very effective but it worked
*Note* Had a good mental attitude pretty much the whole workout..don't remember having any negative thoughts..after realizing this I think its the workouts that get my heart rate up that I struggle with more mentally..still workin on both tho!!
