Warm Up: pull-ups/push-ups/stretch

3 Rounds for time:

Run 800 Meters
50 Back Extensions
50 Sit-ups(Ab Mat Sit-Ups)

Rx'd - 22:24 after 1st set of back extensions..back was tight from running..so I cut back to 25 for the last 2 sets of back ext..which i rarely do..knees and legs feeling good..

2 mile bike ride cool down - 4:45
