PFT UPDATE on 20100424 at OCS Prep Weekend in Iowa

3 mile run - 21:05 - ughh..slow due to my tendinitis..haven't been able to run much..
Score of: 266..minimum score you can have is 225..def can do better tho..
So..now to BARBARA which was when i got back from the prep weekend on...

20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats (dropped the squats, legs destroyed from past weekend)
REST* supposed to rest 3 mins in between rounds..only rested 2 since i took out squats
25ish minutes..didnt do last 40 sit-ups..y was starting to close and I was talking to a guy..
