Hadn't ran in like 2 months..takin it easy on knees..which sux..so
3 miles in slow 21:21
17 pull-ups, up 1 from last time
100 crunches, 1:16ish..
I haven't scored this pft..pull-ups were better but run was a minute slower..which duh..2 months of no running will do that..
was gone this whole weekend..knees are feelin great..gonna get some runs in this week before my prep weekend..not gonna lie..pretty stoked for it
