Rx'd - 25:31..ughh..slowwww..I shoulda been done atleast around 21ish..atleast..got a compliment on the workout I was doing..and of course I then talked with the guy for a good 3 to 4 minutes..lol...the guy told me that it wore him out jus watchin me..I always just say..it just looks hard because I'm out of shape :)..which is half true..I am out of shape..haha..
good workout..wasn't quite there mentally tonight..still working on it..someday Ima buy me a kettle-bell!
