10 lying ab sit ups
then jumped 2 rounds of 100 jump rope
10 Rounds for time of:
3- Lateral Burpees over loaded barbell
7- Chest to deck push ups
Rx'd - 6:30
Great WOD..shoulders were dead!
Cool Down
3 sets of 100 jump ropes..gonna work on some double unders one of these days
