Warm Up: 2 rounds: 250 M Row, 10 Sit Up, 10 Back Ext.
12 Min AMRAP
Run 400 M
Deadlift, 5 reps..my choice..Ima do 185
Rx'd - 5 Rounds + 60 yd sprint
*could of done more but the time between rooms and the time starting up the treadmill took away from the 6th round I do believe..still a great wod..
5 min cool down and stretch for 10 mins
